Multi-languages Settings
CGI Studio's multi-language support feature allows you to easily switch between languages. This section describes the operation of applying the multi-language support feature for the purpose of switching between English and Japanese units of measure (miles, kilometers).

Culture settings
To visualizedisplay text in multiple languages, a culture must first be created.

Run CGI Player

2. Three windows appear as explained in the above-mentioned.
- The
asset[fileSolution Options: Cultures ] dialog willbeappear.
Runalso simulationdisplay the dialog by Value Generator
Here, simulation is done using value generator.

1. Run CGI Player.

Click on the
3. Click Scenes#Car_Cluster.
4. Click Controls on the right side on CGI Panel. (Red frame in the image above)
5. Click SpeedGauge. (Yellow frame in the image above).
6. Mark the Simulation checkbox of Value property. (Orange frame in the image above)
7. Repeat steps 5 to 6 above to Brake, Airbag, Engine and OpenDoors.

8. Click the Clapperboard] icon in the toolupper barleft corner of the dialog.

Select "English[en]" from the
Perform the step 3 through step 4 above for this time selecting "Japanese [ja]".
Press the [ OK ] button at the bottom of the dialog to close it.

You can set up multi-languages as required by following the above steps.
Language Table settings
After Culture settings are completed, a Language Table must be set up to configure text switching according to each language selection.


In the Properties panel, click the select item icon to the right of the Text section in the "2D Text Node" category.
The[ Language Table ] dialog box can also be opened by selecting [ Language Tables... ] on the menu bar from [ Languages ].

With the "Current Culture:" in the upper right corner of the dialog at "Master[00]", click the "Add" button.

Enter "78.321 km" in the [ Text ] section of the newly added new setup line.
Switch the [ Current Culture ] in the upper right corner of the dialog to "English" and enter "78.321miles" in the [ Text ] section of the settings line.
Similarly, switch [ Current Culture ] to "Japanese" and enter "78.321 km" in the [ Text ] section of the setting line.
Press the [ OK ] button at the bottom of the dialog to close it.
This completes the configuration of text to be displayed in response to language switching.

Verify that the possibilitysettings up to simulatethe above section are working properly on Scene Composer.
