Part 2: Set-up Scene

This section describes the steps to prepare/configure a Scene Tree for the operations in the following chapters.

Create a new Scene

After Importing, a new folder with the same name as the Photoshop file IVI_Sample is created below Solution > Resources in Solution Explorer. The newly created scene IVI_Sample is located in that folder. Move that scene into Solution > Scenes by drag and drop operation.

After the above operation, IVI_Sample scene is selected in Scene Tree panel. If not, click IVI_Sample scene in Solution Explorer panel to display it in Scene Tree.

Configure a Node

Then,The groupingnext buttonsstep relatedis to group the Air conditionerConditioning operation.RadioButtons Thetogether inside a GroupBox controlcontrol. canFor bethis setGroupBox Control we will configure one of the buttonRadioButtons asto be the default selected button for that group.button.

Drag and drop "Group" from Node 2D in the Toolbox on the right, into athe SceneSceneTree Treepanel placing it underinto Air.the Air Group.

Move RadioButton_AUTO, RadioButton_Inside Air, and RadioButton_Outside Air into the placed Group.

PlaceDrag and drop a GroupBox underControl from the ToolBox into the SceneTree below the Air fromGroup. Controls inMove the Toolbox in the same way as when Group was placed in the previous step. Move Group that has been created in the previous step into that GroupBox.

Select the GroupBox andin setthe SceneTree panel to configure the Default Selected Object in Control in the Properties topanel. .../Contetnt/Group/RadioButton_AUTO.To do this, click the magnifying glass icon and select RadioButton_AUTO. This will setmake the Radio ButtonButton_AUTO ofthe AUTOobject asthat thewill be selected by default. ThenAdditionally, uncheck the "Enable Background"checkbox below. TheThis will disable the group background will be disabled.background.
